Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including budget management and performance tracking.
Identify target audiences, monitor market trends, and assess the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Produce high-quality content including press releases, brochures, newsletters, video scripts, and flyers.
Oversee all digital channels (social media and website) to ensure consistent, on-brand communication.
Implement event communication strategies and manage marketing materials and project timelines.
Partner with internal sales teams and external agencies to align messaging and sales enablement materials.
Assist in planning and monitoring multi-channel campaigns to boost brand reach.
Develop and review plant SOPs to ensure operational compliance and health.
Create short videos or simple graphic designs using tools like Canva or basic editing software.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications.
Exceptional written/verbal communication and strong project management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to travel for work events, field activities, and customer engagements.
