We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Consultant to spearhead business growth within the Abuja and Port Harcourt regions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic closer with deep local market insights and a proven ability to manage high-value corporate relationships.


Key Responsibilities


Proactively identify and penetrate new market segments within the assigned regions to drive revenue growth.
Promote and sell the company's suite of products/services through consultative selling and value-based propositions.
Build and nurture long-term, C-suite level relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients.
Consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Conduct deep-dive market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer needs.
Craft and deliver high-impact sales presentations and bespoke proposals tailored to client-specific pain points.
Rigorously follow up on leads and inquiries while maintaining an organized CRM record of all sales activities.
Partner with internal operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., NIMN, ISMMN) are a significant plus.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Sales or Business Development.
A documented track record of consistently hitting or surpassing high-volume sales targets.
Extensive existing network and deep knowledge of the Abuja and Port Harcourt business landscapes.
Strong negotiation skills, excellent command of English (written and verbal), and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
