Key Responsibilities
Implement marketing strategies for property sales and brand positioning
Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, SEO/SEM)
Generate and manage leads to support the sales team in achieving targets
Oversee content creation (property listings, visuals, videos, promotional materials)
Manage the company's online presence across all digital platforms
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
Collaborate with sales team to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2 - 3 years experience in marketing (real estate experience is highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management
Experience managing social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage.
