Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives to achieve set targets.
Drive sales of residential and commercial properties — land, houses, estates, and off-plan developments.
Coordinate daily sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management across the team.
Conduct property site visits, client presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and grow revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, property listings, and social media outreach.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role within real estate.
Demonstrated track record of closing high-value property deals.
Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market — pricing, locations, regulations, and trends.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
