Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and drive the sales of our pharamceutical products in Akure and surrounding aread.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relarionships with healthcare professionals, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory
Responsibilities
Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the territory
Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to build and maintain strong relationships
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Provide accurate product information and deliver effective sales presentations
Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the territory
Organize and participate in medical outreaches, campaigns, and product presentaions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Submit timely sales reports and market feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field
1 - 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales
Good knowledge of Akure and surrounding territories
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic understanding of medical/pharmaceutical products and terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Must be resident in or willing to relocate to Akure
