KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Infrastructure Management (LAN, WAN, Wifi, Internet, Branches, MPLS, VPN, Video conferencing) End user support of remote access VPN and Network Access Control troubleshooting Secure Network Operations by ensuring compliance to configuration standards and patching cycles for network and security devices. Generate reports on network and call center metrics. Liaise with service providers to resolve incidents reported. Incident, Problem and Change Management. Ensure an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets is maintained. Support the regional companies on infrastructure related support and projects.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years' experience in networks support including, but not limited to, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, telephony, contact center, video conferencing.
Experience supporting Network Access Control (NAC).
Understanding of Network Architecture Models
Team player

Deep understanding of TCP/IP Architecture
