Job Summary
The Architectural Supervisor (NYSC) will support the supervision of architectural works on project sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising architectural and finishing works on site.
Support the review and interpretation of architectural drawings.
Conduct routine site inspections and document observations.
Monitor quality of finishes (tiling, painting, plastering, fittings, etc.).
Assist in preparing site progress reports.
Liaise with contractors and artisans under supervision.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy in site reporting.
Timely submission of inspection updates.
Quality compliance observations recorded.
Responsiveness to assigned tasks.
Learning and development progress during service year.
Qualifications
B.Sc. / HND in Architecture.
Currently serving (NYSC Corps Member).
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
