Job Summary
The Accountant (NYSC) will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in bank reconciliation exercises.
Help monitor project-related expenses.
Support payroll documentation and statutory remittance records.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the finance department.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy of financial data entry.
Timely completion of assigned finance tasks.
Proper documentation and record management.
Compliance with internal financial processes.
Learning progression during service year.
Qualifications
B.Sc. / HND in Accounting or Finance.
Currently serving (NYSC Corps Member).
Basic knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
