Job Summary


The Quantity Surveyor / Construction Admin (NYSC) will assist in cost estimation, project documentation, and procurement processes while gaining practical industry exposure.


Key Responsibilities


Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Support cost estimation and budget tracking.
Assist with vendor comparisons and procurement documentation.
Maintain project records and contract documentation.
Support the preparation of valuation reports.
Monitor material usage under supervision.
Provide general administrative support for project coordination.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


Accuracy of documentation.
Timely support on cost reports.
Proper record-keeping and filing.
Responsiveness to procurement tasks.
Demonstrated improvement in cost analysis skills.


Qualifications


Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Currently serving (NYSC Corps Member).
Basic knowledge of construction cost management tools is an advantage.
