Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and overall management of service providers and technical staff in 1004 Estate;
Management and maintenance of the power systems and infrastructure of 100
Estate and ensuring efficient performance and delivery to all residents and service points.
Qualifications and Experience
A good first degree in engineering or related discipline.
A post graduate degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of at least 8 years experience in facility/operations management roles in a similar setting.
Membership of related professional bodies is also an avantage
