Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales, expand our customer base, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders within the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Promote and sell ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, and related products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, builders, and project managers.
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, close sales, and ensure excellent customer service.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide market intelligence to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2 - 4 years of experience in outdoor sales within the ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials industry is mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and customer network within the building materials sector.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Lagos.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
