The Appointee should:
Be in a possession of NQF 5 (Higher Certificate) in Secretarial / Office Management
Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Administration / Secretarial / Personal Assistant position
Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role within an administrative support environment
Be in a possession of a valid driver's license
Have a Clear Security Screening Record
Be declared medically fit to work in a specific area
Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
Advantageous Qualifications:
NQF 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate) in Secreterial or Office Management would be advantageous
Experience within a Mining environment would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
Manage diary by scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
Assists with the Sibanye-Stillwater Quality Management System, and the Document Management System
Assists the Human Resources and Financial Services functions serving the department when necessary
Attending all meetings chaired by the VP as well as other meetings critical to the department
Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders
Liaises extensively with the Executive PA's and other PA's to secure calendar commitments between Company leadership and the Senior Managers
Collaborating with external service providers regarding the design and implementation of tools to enhance processes
