Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Conduct market visits and customer engagement activities.
Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
Proven sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
