Qualifications and experience required:
Grade nine or equivalent.
A valid Code B driver's licence with PrDP (will be advantageous).
One to two years' experience.

Job purpose:
Performing tasks and activities associated with the maintenance/repair work to dam walls, pipelines, reservoirs, pump stations, etc. through the application of laid down procedures with respect to supply continuous water to the consumers in accordance with departmental procedures.
As part of the selection process, candidates may be tested on any requirement, skill or competency, which will include pre-employment screening, medical examination, security vetting and psychometric assessment.
