Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Demonstration


Lead product demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
Translate business requirements into solution architectures leveraging RightCom XP and related technologies.


Collaboration & Support


Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery readiness.
Provide technical inputs for proposals, RFP responses, and client documentation.


Continuous Improvement


Gather market feedback and relay insights to the product team for continuous platform enhancement.
Stay up to date on CX trends, SaaS tools, and digital transformation technologies.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, and customer engagement platforms.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
