Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of spare parts.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in spare parts procurement, vendor negotiation, and the use of SAP or ERP systems, with strong market knowledge of Lagos and Ibadan.


Key Responsibilities


Source, negotiate, and procure spare parts from approved vendors in Lagos and Ibadan.
Manage purchase orders, goods receipts, and supplier records using SAP.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of spare parts.
Evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Prepare procurement reports and documentation.


Requirements


Minimum of 2 - 4 years' experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts.
Must-have experience in spare parts purchasing and sales in Lagos and Ibadan.
Proven hands-on experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of supplier markets in Lagos and Ibadan.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
HND/BSc in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
