Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, controlling costs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Monitor food preparation and service quality to maintain consistency.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
Monitor daily sales reports and manage operational costs.
Control food, labor, and inventory costs to maximize profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a QSR environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good financial and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
