Responsibilities
Define and track KPIs: engagement, retention, activation, funnel metrics, NPS, churn, adoption.
Lead product performance dashboards and executive reporting.
Conduct root-cause analysis using data insights to guide iteration and strategic decisions.
Ensure customer feedback loops are robust, surveys, interviews, support ticket analysis, usage data.
Expected Outcomes
Data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Clear reporting on product health, risks, and opportunities.
Consistent customer feedback integration into the roadmap.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
5 - 8+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS).
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
Experience leading junior PMs and leading cross-functional product development teams.
