Responsibilities


Lead discovery-to-launch process, ensuring strong documentation.
Oversee product development cadence, backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable workflows.
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to ensure product scalability, performance, availability, and stability.
Resolve complex product issues and escalate risks proactively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education


Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.


Experience


5 - 8+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS).
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
Experience leading junior PMs and leading cross-functional product development teams.
