Key Responsibilities
Design and execute sophisticated starters and desserts with excellent presentation
Assist the Executive Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and menu development.
Lead or support kitchen operations with a focus on high-quality, elegant food preparation
Prepare and execute recipes with precision and creativity.
Mentor, Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
Collaborate on menu development for seasonal and signature offerings
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
Strong skills in plating, pastry, and contemporary culinary techniques
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment
Culinary certification is an added advantage.
Must be willing to work across various locations as needed.
