Program Manager – HENs Day (Monthly Impact Initiative) at Henosis International

HENs Day is a community engagement and service initiative designed to promote consistent social action, reflection, learning, and outreach. Each month focuses on targeted impact such as community service, advocacy, awareness, or capacity-building.


Program Focus:


planning, coordination of volunteers, execution of activities, documentation, and impact reporting.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute a 12-month program plan for the assigned initiative
Coordinate volunteers, partners, speakers, facilitators, and beneficiaries
Manage timelines, activities, and program documentation
Track impact metrics and submit monthly progress reports
Collaborate with other Program Managers to strengthen cross-program synergy
Represent the initiative in meetings, reviews, and public-facing activities


Who Should Apply

Have experience in program management, project coordination, NGO work, or leadership
Can commit time, energy, and accountability for 12 months
Communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams
Are passionate about service, youth empowerment, and nation-building
Can lead independently while aligning with organizational goals
