HENs Talk is a flagship conversation and thought-leadership platform inspired by global idea-sharing movements. It creates a safe and powerful space for conversations around health, empowerment, leadership, youth development, and nation-building, especially for young people and underserved communities.
Program Focus:
Curating speakers, organizing talks, managing themes, coordinating panels, and expanding community reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a 12-month program plan for the assigned initiative
Coordinate volunteers, partners, speakers, facilitators, and beneficiaries
Manage timelines, activities, and program documentation
Track impact metrics and submit monthly progress reports
Collaborate with other Program Managers to strengthen cross-program synergy
Represent the initiative in meetings, reviews, and public-facing activities
Who Should Apply
We are looking for volunteers who:
Have experience in program management, project coordination, NGO work, or leadership
Can commit time, energy, and accountability for 12 months
Communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams
Are passionate about service, youth empowerment, and nation-building
Can lead independently while aligning with organizational goals
