Henosis Medical Outreaches deliver basic healthcare services, health education, and screenings to underserved communities, in collaboration with volunteer health professionals.
Program Focus:
Planning outreach events, coordinating medical volunteers, logistics, community engagement, and post-outreach reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a 12-month program plan for the assigned initiative
Coordinate volunteers, partners, speakers, facilitators, and beneficiaries
Manage timelines, activities, and program documentation
Track impact metrics and submit monthly progress reports
Collaborate with other Program Managers to strengthen cross-program synergy
Represent the initiative in meetings, reviews, and public-facing activities

Have experience in program management, project coordination, NGO work, or leadership
Can commit time, energy, and accountability for 12 months
