Job Summary
The Project Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities across project sites undertaken by Bau Strabe Limited.
The role involves monitoring daily site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered according to approved specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Project Execution:
Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and provide regular site updates and reports to management.
Coordinate artisans, labourers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
Ensure timely execution of project tasks and achievement of project milestones.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Inspect ongoing works to ensure quality standards and workmanship are maintained.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues promptly.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage.
Project Coordination:
Liaise with consultants, engineers, architects, and project stakeholders where necessary.
Assist in interpreting drawings and ensuring accurate implementation on site.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, attendance, materials, and progress reports.
Support project planning and scheduling activities.
Resource & Cost Management:
Monitor material usage and site inventory.
Assist in tracking project expenses and controlling operational costs.
Ensure efficient utilization of labour and site resources.

Qualifications & Requirements
HND or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
3 - 5 years' experience in construction site supervision or project coordination.
Good understanding of construction processes, site operations, and project execution.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic construction software tools.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
