A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their team based in Sandton.
This role will be responsible for providing full property administration support, including lease administration, tenant queries, arrears management, and maintaining accurate property records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update tenant information on the property management system
Prepare and process lease documentation
Manage tenant statements, billing, and reconciliations
Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with arrears management
Respond to tenant queries and liaise with internal departments
Maintain property and unit data on the system
Assist with monthly reporting and administrative duties
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Property Administrator role
Experience with property management systems (MDA / PIMS / MRI) advantageous
Strong administrative and financial skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
