Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to walk-in visitors, prospective students, parents, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media enquiries, providing accurate information about Aptech's programs and services.
Demonstrate strong sales and persuasive communication skills by converting enquiries into student registrations and achieving assigned enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow up with prospective students, and update the customer database regularly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on enquiries, admissions, and front desk activities, and perform general administrative duties.
Requirements
Hold a minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree with at least one year of experience in customer service, front desk operations, or sales.
Experience in an educational institution and the ability to work under pressure while meeting admission targets is an added advantage.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn CRM or student management systems.
