Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
Experience in education, training services, or technology-focused organizations is an advantage.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
Experience delivering or supporting Training, presentations, or product/program demonstrations to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with basic marketing practices, including social media promotion, outreach activities, and campaign support.
Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting for tracking leads and performance metrics.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
