Responsibilities


Oversee daily operations of the recreation centre, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Supervise, train, and monitor the performance of staff across all recreation activities and facilities.
Coordinate schedules and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all services and events.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all recreational equipment and facilities.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and operational guidelines.
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with management on event planning, promotions, and program development to enhance customer experience.
Monitor inventory of recreational supplies and recommend procurement as needed.
Foster a positive and engaging environment for both staff and patrons.


Requirement


National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Leisure & Recreation, Sports Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a recreation, hospitality, or customer service setting.
Strong knowledge of safety and operational regulations for recreational facilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
