Description
Assess repair and maintenance contracts claims including issuing orders to the dealer network.
Train the dealers on repair and maintenance contracts procedures and protocols.
Handle queries and manage disputes related to claims.
Analyse the trends to track progress of open and closed claims.
Audit Warranty and RMC parts in the network to ensure adherence to the defined standards.
Drive continuous improvement based on identified gaps and deviations to ensure portfolio stability.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
Certified Diesel Technician and/or Auto Electrician and/or Mechatronics Engineering.
Skills:
Technical knowledge skills.
Customer focused (Internal and External).
People skills.
Work accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated.
Computer Literate Flexible, active and forward thinking.
Knowledge of SAP (ESA)
Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
Experience:
Must have workshop experience - 2 years.
Must have experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - 4 years.
