Description


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business performance.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline.
Drive sales , and improve overall outlet profitability.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with store teams.
Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet service and performance standards.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times.


Requirements


3 - 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a QSR environment.
Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced food operations.
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and operational controls.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must reside within Lekki or its environs.
