We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations, supervise frontline staff, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth shift operations and maintain service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of restaurant staff during shifts
Ensure staff are properly positioned and performing duties effectively
Monitor customer service delivery and resolve minor complaints
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational compliance
Support accurate order taking and timely food delivery
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff discipline
Assist in training and onboarding new staff
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and standards
Report operational issues to the Restaurant Manager
Requirements
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in QSR or restaurant operations
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of restaurant operations
