Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Manager to drive product sales and market expansion across the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) in Lagos.
The role involves direct market engagement, supplying products to customers, building strong relationships with supermarkets and HORECA outlets, and expanding the company's customer base.


Key Responsibilities


Drive sales growth and product distribution within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets.
Visit HORECA outlets regularly to promote and supply company products directly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Expand market presence by leveraging an existing supermarket and HORECA customer database.
Achieve assigned sales targets and increase product visibility across the territory.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Work independently in the field while maintaining regular sales and market reports.


Requirements


Minimum of 3 - 4 years' experience in HORECA marketing and FMCG sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of distributor, retail, supermarket, and key account channels.
Must have an existing supermarket or HORECA customer database.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
High energy level, strong drive, and ability to work independently.
Nigerian nationality required.
Must be resident in Lagos and willing to travel within the territory.
