Job Summary


We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated sales professionals to join our clients' field sales operations.
As a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for the company's products.
You will manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
Your role will involve identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the market.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.


Customer Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Sales Execution:


Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
Ensure product availability, proper display, and visibility in retail outlets.
Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions with customers.


Market Analysis and Reporting:


Monitor and analyze competitors' activities and market trends.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market conditions.


Promotional Activities:


Coordinate and implement promotional activities, such as discounts, special offers, and product launches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.


Team Collaboration:


Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and supply chain to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Share best practices and insights with team members to improve overall sales performance.


Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Candidates must be residents in Ibeju Lekki, Lakwoe, Bogije and Shapati
