The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, managing client relationships, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales and business development.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrate product value to potential clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations and proposals.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or internal sales tracking systems.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Represent MoreRoom professionally at client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions when required.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, technology, retail, or service industries.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
