Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and possess strong sales skills to effectively promote and sell our new vehicle inventory to customers.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a seamless and positive buying experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for new vehicles
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicle inventory
Provide accurate and detailed information to customers on pricing, financing options, and incentives
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of new vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and close sales deals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer relationships
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
