Job Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
Prepare, monitor, and review monthly sales targets by product, category, and key accounts
Ensure achievement or over-achievement of sales targets as per the annual budget
Plan and execute structured customer visits to generate new business and strengthen the sales pipeline
Lead client acquisition, contract execution (MSA & KYC), and long-term customer agreements
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention
Build and manage strong customer relationships and alliances to drive revenue growth
Develop and expand local markets within the assigned region based on the product portfolio
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and new developments and report insights to management
Submit accurate and timely sales reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events
Drive collections and receivables management to achieve 100% collection and healthy cash flow
Lead sales team capability development, ensuring motivation, performance, and adequate resourcing
