Security Monitoring Operator (CCTV) – Night Shift at Oasis Outsourcing

We are hiring Security Monitoring Operators to support real-time surveillance operations for international clients. This role involves monitoring CCTV systems, identifying incidents, and responding in accordance with established protocols.

You will play a critical role in ensuring safety, security, and rapid response through continuous system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities


Monitor live CCTV feeds and surveillance systems
Detect and report incidents in real time
Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
Escalate issues according to defined protocols
Coordinate with internal teams during alerts or system failures
Ensure strict adherence to security and confidentiality standards


Requirements


Experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or surveillance systems preferred
Background in security, military, police, or control room operations is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert for extended periods
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and monitoring systems)
Ability to work night shifts consistently
