The primary objective of this position is to monitor U.S.-based clients' security camera systems, ensuring real-time supervision and control of all systems under custody. The role requires promptly reporting any irregularities or incidents in strict accordance with established protocols, while maintaining accurate logs and detailed documentation of all monitoring activities. All tasks must be performed in full compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly those related to electronic security and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities:


Monitor security camera systems of U.S.-based clients
Ensure real-time supervision and control of all systems under custody.
Report any irregularities or incidents according to established protocols.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of monitoring activities.
Coordinate with technical support teams in case of system failures or alerts.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to electronic security and data
confidentiality.
Ensure the protection of client assets, in any modality, using electronic security systems and monitoring tools.
React in real time and in accordance with established protocols to any event that may occur, mitigating any potential risks to prevent damage or losses that could affect the client's assets or physical integrity.
Prepare daily reports upon client request for statistical purposes.
Assist physical security staff during situations that may pose a threat, in order to strengthen the effectiveness and responsiveness of security procedures.
Support investigative processes by providing clients and authorities with video footage that may serve as evidence to initiate legal proceedings.
Manage and request police assistance by contacting 911 in situations requiring immediate intervention.

Skills:


CCTV System Management: Ability to operate, monitor, and analyze real time footage from multiple cameras.
Monitoring Software Proficiency: Skilled in using technological platforms for managing alarms, sensors, access control, and video analysis.
Office Software Tools: Competent in programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for preparing reports, incident logs, and data analysis.
Incident Management: Capable of recording, classifying, and tracking relevant events detected by surveillance systems.
Basic Equipment Maintenance: Able to identify technical issues and perform minor adjustments or report problems to the technical department.
High School Diploma
Technology Media Operator Course Certification (Preferred)
