Position Summary


PASGR is seeking a Senior Communications Officer to lead corporate communications, public relations, digital engagement, and visibility of the organisation's work. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role will support programme implementation, knowledge management, and resource mobilisation through strategic communication.


Key Responsibilities


Lead development and implementation of PASGR's Communications Strategy
Manage corporate communications, branding, and public relations
Oversee website, digital platforms, and social media channels
Coordinate production of publications, multimedia content, and documentation
Strengthen media relations and stakeholder engagement
Support fundraising and programme communication needs


Qualifications and Experience


Master's degree in either Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field
Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar senior communications role
Strong writing, storytelling, and multimedia production skills
Demonstrated experience in digital platforms, media engagement, and strategic communication
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an advantage
