In this role, you will play a critical part in executing the company's commercial strategy, managing key customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest service quality standards. You'll also focus on expanding and optimizing the customer portfolio, securing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and working closely with Trade Management and Sales Coordination to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional value to customers.


What we're looking for:


5+ years' experience in maritime sales, logistics, or related industries
Proven expertise in sales execution and customer management
Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
Proficiency in FIS, CRM, COMPASS, and MS Office
Ability to evaluate customer potential, plan strategically, and drive results
