Manage stock, shrinkage, and merchandising standards
Maintain high operational discipline across all areas of the store
Customer Experience
Deliver a powerful and memorable in-store experience
Handle escalations with professionalism and urgency
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years retail management experience (high-volume/flagship preferred)
Proven track record of delivering strong sales and operational results
Strong leadership and team management capability
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
