Key Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling training sessions, workshops, inductions, and meetings
Prepare training registers, attendance sheets, materials, certificates, and feedback forms
Capture and update training data, learner records, attendance registers, and completion records
Support communication with employees, learners, facilitators, service providers, and stakeholders
Assist with booking venues, arranging refreshments, preparing training rooms, and supporting virtual training sessions
Maintain organised training files and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
Assist with compiling training reports, statistics, and general administration
Respond to training-related queries and provide administrative support to the Training / Learning and Development team
Requirements
Completed or studying towards an N6, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, Training, or Learning and Development
Must require workplace experience or be seeking internship experience
Must be currently unemployed
Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
