Job Description :
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients who are bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. Your primary role will be to act as a liaison between the customer and the technicians in order to ensure that the customer's needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating the status of the customer's vehicle and providing accurate estimates for any necessary repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their service needs
Communicate with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate any necessary updates to the customer
Coordinate loaner vehicles or transportation for customers when needed
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or automotive service is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in computer software and able to learn new systems quickly
