Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Provide strategic and marketing plans to enable the attainment of GN MFB Revenue and profitability goals.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of deals, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide prompt response to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries.
Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios to ensure timely repayment and mitigate credit risk.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a HND/B.Sc. in Marketing or any other relevant course of study.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Sales, SME banking in a financial institution.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing business loans, a quality portfolio.
Good interpersonal relationship and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as meet deadlines.
