Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms
Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote products, special offers, and brand awareness
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content to keep the brand relevant and competitive
Manage customer engagement by responding to direct messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Build and maintain a strong online community and positive brand image
Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align content strategies with business objectives
Support product launches, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or any related field
Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or related fields will be an added advantage
Minimum of 2 - 4 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or in a similar role
Prior experience managing social media for a cosmetics, skincare, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand is highly preferred
Demonstrated success in growing brand visibility, engagement, and online sales through social media strategies
Experience in running paid social media advertisements and promotions is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant social media platforms
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar platforms
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing applications
Understanding of SEO, hashtags strategy, influencer marketing, and social media algorithms
Ability to interpret analytics and generate performance reports for management review
