Role Overview


We're looking for a full-time Social Media Manager & Content creator to create high-quality & engaging content, to drive engagement, growth, and build brand presence across multiple platforms.
You'll manage content creation, editing & strategy, community interaction, and paid campaigns insights and reporting.
This role requires someone strategic yet hands-on—able to plan campaigns, execute content, manage online communities, optimize paid ads for measurable results and deliver content across social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.


Key Responsibilities


Film and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Create graphics, motion design, and visual elements that align with the brand.
Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Build and engage online communities through comments, DMs, and interactions.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Track, analyse, and report on social media performance and paid ads results.
Maintain organised content calendars and campaign trackers.
Respond to comments and messages professionally, maintaining brand voice


Required Skills & Qualifications


Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or creators.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
Experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., InShot, CapCut)
Proficiency in graphics and motion design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva)
Proficiency with Google Workspace, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.


Nice to Have:


Experience in lifestyle/fashion brands.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Airtable).
Experience creating viral or high-engagement content.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience creating campaigns that drive measurable growth and engagement.


Work Structure:


Full-Time: Hybrid Remote work with required in-person availability in Lagos.
