Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the station.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
Ensure accurate stock management and reconciliation of petroleum products.
Supervise station staff, including supervisors, cashiers, and pump attendants.
Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage cash handling processes and banking activities.
Investigate and report product shortages, losses, or operational discrepancies.
Maintain excellent customer service standards.
Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
Ensure proper maintenance of station facilities and equipment.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
