Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of pump attendants and cashiers.
Monitor product dispensing and stock levels.
Conduct routine stock reconciliation and shift handovers.
Ensure compliance with company operational procedures.
Monitor customer service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Ensure cleanliness and safety within the station environment.
Report operational issues and product variances to management.
Assist in staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
