We are seeking a disciplined and highly organized Store Keeper to manage operations at our Central Store. The role is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling all inventory items supplied to various outlets, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and proper stock management at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and properly store all incoming goods and supplies
Maintain accurate records of all stock inflow and outflow
Issue stock to outlets based on approved requisitions
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation reports
Ensure proper arrangement, labelling, and storage of items in the warehouse
Prevent loss, damage, theft, or misuse of inventory
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store
Work closely with Procurement and Operations teams on stock planning
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc degree in any discipline
Must reside around Lekki Phase 1 or its immediate environment
Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management is an advantage
Good numerical and record-keeping skills
Ability to work in a structured and controlled environment
Honest, disciplined, and highly accountable
Basic knowledge of inventory systems or Excel is an advantage
