Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and materials.
Issue tools, equipment and supplies to authorized staff and departments.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
Ensure proper storage, arrangement and safety of items in the store.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Assist in stock taking and preparation of inventory reports.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement from a recognized institution.
Minimum KCSE Mean Grade: C- (minus).
At least 2 years relevant experience.
Computer literate (knowledge of inventory systems is an added advantage).
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
High level of integrity and accountability.
